Camping Reservations, Policies, and Information

All campground reservations must be made by telephone. We will confirm availability for the date(s) you would like to camp and will hold your reservation after receiving your pre-payment.

If we are out of the office tending the campsites, you will be greeted by our answering machine. This happens quite often! Please leave a detailed message and we will return your call at our earliest convenience.

Prepayment Required for Reservations

Pre-payment in full is required for the total number of days reserved. Payment can be made over the phone by credit card (Visa or Mastercard accepted), or you can mail a check to us at the following address:

Camping Without a Reservation

We understand that it is not always possible, or desired to make camping reservations ahead of time. We usually have campsites available, but cannot guarantee that there will be space available on any specific date. If you are in the area and are considering camping with us, please call ahead so that we can advise you of availability.

If you arrive at our campgrounds after hours, please feel free to find an open campsite and set up for the night. Our campground attendant will see you later that day or the next to collect payment. However, if the campsite you choose has been reserved by someone else, and they arrive after you do, you will be asked to move to another site. Reservations are recommend, if at all possible, so that you can feel comfortable choosing the right campsite.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Full Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, we will refund the full amount of your pre-payment, provided that we have received notification a minimum of 24 hours before 4:00 pm of your reservation arrival date.

Partial Cancellations: After you have arrived, if you need to reduce the total number of days you will be staying, we will issue a refund for any remaining days after a 24-hour notification.

Credit Card Refunds: If the pre-payment was made by a credit card, the applicable refund will be applied to the same credit card used for the pre-payment. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued to a credit card other than the one used for the pre-payment.

Check Refunds: If the pre-payment was made by check, the applicable refund will be made by company check, issued to the name of the person(s) indicated on the pre-payment check. The refund check will only be issued after the funds for the pre-payment check have been confirmed cleared at our bank.

Important Information
Please read before making a reservation

Our campgrounds are in natural settings, without amenities or conveniences. Campers will need to bring in all of their own supplies and water. The campsites are best suited for tents and campers. RVs are welcome, however there are no electrical, water, or waste disposal hookups.
